The Great Give – May 7-8, 2025!

For 36 hours, your generosity can help retired greyhounds find their forever homes. The Great Give is CGA’s largest fundraiser of the year—help us reach our goal to provide medical care, transport, and loving foster homes for these incredible dogs.

As an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization, CGA relies 100% on supporters and donors.

• CGA has placed nearly 1,200 greyhounds in their forever homes since our inception in 2005. Retired racers currently come from West Virginia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and most recently, Australia.
• In 2024, we placed 41 greyhounds, including 2 that we rehomed. We are proud of the impact our organization has on greyhound adoption in the Northeast, and CGA could not do what we do without our foster families, volunteers, adopters, and donors!
