At Connecticut Greyhound Adoption, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our supporters and the well-being of our adopted greyhounds. Our return policy on merchandise is designed to be fair and transparent, providing guidelines for returns in specific situations.

1. Returns Accepted in the Following Cases:

a. Shipping Error: If we make an error in the shipping process and send you the wrong product, we will gladly accept returns. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the incorrect item to initiate the return process.

b. Defective Products: In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the defective item to arrange for a return.

2. Returns Process:

a. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ctgreyhounds.org within the specified timeframe for the respective situation.

b. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs of the incorrect or defective item.

c. Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

d. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our shipping error or a defective product.

3. Conditions for Returns:

a. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

b. Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe for each eligible situation.

c. Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

4. Refund or Replacement:

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

a. We do not accept returns for reasons other than shipping errors or defective items.
