Rodeo is a sweet and loving dog who has made great strides since arriving with his foster family. While he was initially shy and nervous, he’s blossomed into a gentle companion who loves affection. Rodeo enjoys being petted and will happily lean in to show how much he appreciates your attention.

Rodeo was injured during his last race and had surgery to repair one of his hind legs. Despite this, he moves around easily and is active and playful. He hasn’t shown interest in climbing the stairs to the second floor but has no problem with the four steps leading from the back door.

He walks well on a leash but is more comfortable doing his business in the yard, making him a great candidate for a home with a secure outdoor space. Rodeo loves toys—especially those that don’t squeak! He did well when introduced to young children and small dogs, and is relaxed in the car, making him an easy companion for road trips or vet visits.

If you’re looking for a loving, quiet companion, Rodeo could be the perfect fit for you!
