Taco is a big boy at 83 pounds, but you’d hardly know it inside the house. Gentle, quiet, and well-mannered, he somehow manages not to take up much space despite his size. Still under 2 years old, he’s very much a puppy by greyhound standards: curious, learning, and full of potential.

New sounds and experiences can sometimes make Taco a little nervous, but he takes comfort from his foster family and looks to his greyhound foster sister for reassurance. He loves being outside, whether it’s going for walks, hikes, or running alongside his foster sister. Taco also enjoys car rides and will happily hop in, ready for the next adventure.

True to his racing name, “Takin-it-all-in,” Taco is content to watch the world go by while he learns new things day by day. We will be cat testing him soon.
